Apropos

As I settled in to catch up on two days worth of missed updates from my bloglist (73 entries, to be exact), this was the first I chose, purely because the feed is listed alphabetically. I like J. A. Konrath a lot, he doesn't sugarcoat anything and he gives a lot useful information. I downloaded his book on publishing for free, but at over 700 Adobe pages, it's on my list for the upcoming break.
Anyway, I know exactly what he's talking about because the first draft of my novel is due tomorrow. I'll extrapolate after I send it in, sometime in the next 25 1/2 hours in fact.
